I painted this imaginary scene using my watercolors for the sole purpose of play and to add here onto items for the holiday season. We all have lost someone near and dear to us and many believe Cardinals mean they are close by but for me they fill my yard daily with all the other species I love.

Thank you so much Anne I painted it and then made two versions for use as cards. For all who lost loved ones the cardinal is a special visitor and these past 2 years many have died.
